At Sportsdealbox, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we aim to make the return and refund process simple and hassle-free.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. Additional charges may apply for intercepting, halting, or returning the shipment.
- If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Conditions of Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged, Defective, or Non-Functional Products: Products that are damaged, defective, or non-functional (e.g., malfunctioning or impaired) are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect or Mismatched Items: If we’ve sent you the wrong item, size, or color, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Authorization (RA): All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, please contact us at support@sportsdealbox.com.
Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, manuals, tags, and promotional materials.
Return Process
- Request RA Number: Contact our support team at support@sportsdealbox.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Package Securely: Return the item in its original packaging, including any manuals, tags, and promotional materials.
- Ship Back: Send the package to the address provided in your Return Authorization instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is Damaged, Defective, or Non-Functional.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Criteria
- Items must be undamaged and complete.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (e.g., returns for reasons unrelated to defects or incorrect items).
- Items showing signs of misuse, tampering, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Options & Timeline
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund processing may take up to 15 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Partial refunds may apply if items are returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories.
Replacements & Partial Credits
- Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible items will be refunded or replaced after inspection and verification. If a full replacement is unavailable, a partial credit may be issued.
- Partial Credits: Partial credits may be issued if a full replacement isn't possible or if the item cannot be returned in full.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (products with a limited shelf life).
- Gift cards.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Items in unsaleable condition (used, damaged, incomplete, or returned without original packaging).
